It is our privilege to welcome you to your new Teladoc telemedicine benefit program with myStrength Complete behavioral health teletherapy.
Teladoc gives you access to state licensed board-certified Physicians & Pediatricians & Behavioral Health Teletherapy through FREE phone and online consultations versus more expensive and less productive settings like an urgent care center or emergency department (ED). Teladoc physicians can prescribe medicine, if necessary, and you can pick it up at your local pharmacy.
How to Setup Your Account
- Join MetalStacks Academy
- Members can now setup their Teladoc account by telephone: toll free 1-800-835-2362
- Register online at www.teladoc.com. When prompted for the name of your employer or health plan, please enter or say, Metal Stacks LLC.
Once Registration is Complete.
Members can add their dependent(s) for free – click on My Family tab / select My Dependents from the drop-down / click Add New Dependent and complete profile screen.
If dependent is under 18, the profile data enrolls and registers the dependent.
If dependent is 18+, the profile data serves to enroll only. The 18+ dependent is required to complete their registration online or by phone.
Please Note: The 18+ dependent’s residential zip code must match the primary’s zip code.
Members can request a consult – member’s Medical History must be completed prior to requesting a consult.
